Do I need a trade account to order?

Yes — Swagg Merch is a trade-only supplier. You can browse the catalogue freely, but pricing and ordering require an approved trade account.
What is the minimum order quantity?

The standard MOQ is 50 units. Some products have higher minimums based on carton quantities.
What are the quantity price breaks?
+
Standard breaks are 50, 100, 250, 500 and 1,000 units. Larger volumes are priced on request.
How are prices calculated?
+
Supplier prices are supplied in EUR and converted to AUD with a currency buffer. Each quantity break has its own margin. All prices displayed exclude GST.
How is freight calculated?

Freight is calculated at A$20 per carton (excl. GST). Where carton quantities are unavailable, we mark the order 'Freight to be confirmed' and quote before dispatch.
What payment options are available?

Approved customers can pay by Stripe (credit card) or by EFT after providing a PO number and receiving an invoice. EFT orders remain 'Awaiting Payment' until the invoice is settled.
How long does approval take?

Applications are reviewed within one business day. There are no credit checks or trade references required.
Can I display Swagg Merch products on my own website?

Yes — approved reseller accounts can request access to our secure product API. Keys, permissions and usage limits are managed per account.
